Terms & Conditions:

1. This vacation is valid until 10th March 2025.
2. Travel must be booked at least three (3) months prior to the desired travel date. Your booking MUST be submitted online before the 10th December 2024.
3. The complimentary accommodation provided in this voucher could be a hotel or resort. However, specific resorts CANNOT be requested. Please provide three (3) desired travel dates, at least two (2) weeks apart. Masterz Myind Sdn Bhd will GUARANTEE one of the dates within seven (7) working days. Customers
are advised to confirm their stay before finalizing travel arrangements.
4. This offer is valid throughout the year, excluding weekends (Friday and Saturday nights), school holidays and public holidays (all national and state holidays). However, upgrades are possible with a surcharge (from
RM50 to RM 100 per night) should you wish to travel during this period.
5. A non-refundable booking fee (RM100) will be required at the time of booking. This vacation voucher is valid for two (2) persons. Accumulations of vouchers for group bookings will not be entertained.
6. This voucher or any part this voucher may not be redeemed for cash and has no cash equivalent either expressed or implied.
7. You are allowed to make amendments to the name, changes of date or destination of the booking with a minimum advance notice of fourteen (14) days from the initial confirmed travelling date. A penalty of RM 100 per room will be imposed for any of the above changes.
8. A refundable deposit may be required by participating resorts or hotels. Full details will be made available to you at the time of booking.
9. No reliance should be placed on representation other than in these terms and conditions. Masterz Myind Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from any aspect of the holiday featured in this voucher.
