Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeframe
You have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Return Process

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Infinite Concept Mobile Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Refund Options
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the customer will receive their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may require photos or additional documentation to process your claim.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
